Knapp will succeed Beth Schofield, who announced her resignation in November last year and will leave the company this month.


Knapp joins the company from his position as CFO for Unibic, a family-owned private biscuit and other food products manufacturer.


After a transition period, Knapp will also take over the company secretary role from Philip Thomas.
