HJ Heinz has added a selection of dipping sauces to its product range.

The Heinz Dipping Sauces are available in four flavours; Rich Salsa, Garlic & Chives, Tangy Curry and Hot Tomato, and can be served hot or cold.
“Our research shows that, while families still like to sit down for a meal together during the week, at weekends they sometimes prefer to have a more informal pizza or range of small dishes for sharing in front of the TV,” said Nicky Cummerfield, senior brand manager, ambient dressings. “Heinz Dipping Sauces are a further development in Heinz’s quest to add more flavour to meals and snacking.”
The sauces are available in 250ml glass bottles at a RRP of GBP1.49 (US$2.33).
Heinz is also unveiling a new design for its mayonnaise range to bring it in line with its Heinz Deli Mayo.

By GlobalDataOver the coming months Heinz said its mayonnaise and salad cream will be available in PET plastic bottles. The material, which has a “glass-like clarity”, was introduced across the Heinz Tomato Ketchup range earlier this year and is “easier to recycle”.
