Tatiana Ponomareva has been promoted from the position of strategy and investments director to head up the company’s hypermarket business. Vagan Abgaryan will take on Ponomareva’s responsibilities as investment director.
Mikhail Susov has been appointed as X5’s marketing director and will be responsible for marketing strategy, including positioning of the formats and brand management.
Meanwhile, X5 said that Antonio Melo has completed his term as chief operational officer as his contract has expired.
