Israeli food company Osem Investments has said it has bought food firm Tnuva’s entire 49% stake in Noga Ice Cream.

The deal is worth NIS37.5m (US$8.47m) and increases Osem’s stake in Noga Ice Cream to 100%, reported Reuters.
Swiss food giant Nestlé owns a 50.1% stake in Osem.
