Post cereals maker Ralcorp Holdings has appointed two more board directors, including an M&A specialist from investment bankers George K. Baum & Co.
The US food maker yesterday (25 October) named Jonathan Baum, CEO and chairman of George K. Baum, to its board.

Baum has led the investment banking firm since 1994. His career also includes a stint at former Wall Street investment bank Salomon Brothers, where he was vice president for mergers and acquisitions. Baum was also a director at American Italian Pasta Co., the pasta supplier bought by Ralcorp earlier this year.
Benjamin Akande, professor of economics and Dean of the George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology at Webster University in Missouri, has also joined the Ralcorp board.
