Tesco’s director of corporate and legal affairs Lucy Neville-Rolfe has joined the board of television network ITV as a non-executive director.

Neville-Rolfe’s responsibilities at Tesco include internal and external communications, investor relations, international corporate and legal affairs and community and competition matters.
