The US salads-to-soup maker posted operating income of US$469,000 for 2007, against a loss of $285,000 in 2006.
Revenue reached $67.2m, climbing from $51.3m a year earlier.
The company said its acquisition of Allison’s Gourmet Kitchens in June last year accounted for the majority of the increase in both sales and earnings.
Chairman and CEO Herb Grimes described 2007 as a “year of transformation, change and progress” for Vaughan.
