Peter Blizzard and Tony Sherlock have resigned their positions, KH Foods said yesterday (11 February).
Peter Robinson and David Fairfull have been appointed to succeed the pair as directors.
Chairman Richard England praised both directors for their valuable contribution to the company, including assisting with the proposed divestment of business operations. Blizzard has been on the KHF board since November 2004 and Sherlock since July 2006.
Last week, just-food reported that KH Foods had agreed to sell its Balfours and Betabake businesses to San Remo for a combined AUS$7.4m (US$6.7m).
