Belgian retail group Colruyt said today (18 January) that it has acquired Dutch packaging specialist Mundipak for an undisclosed sum.

Colruyt said the deal would boost the presence of its Createch-Engineering arm in the Netherlands.
The company specialises in the building and integration of automation processes, as well as targeting the consumer industry.
Mundipak BV will remain as an independent entity within the Colruyt business, the discount retailer said.
