Unilever will remain the owner of Chicken Tonight and Ragu outside the UK and Ireland. Under the agreement with Symington’s, Unilever will make the brands at its site in the Dutch town of Oss for at least the next three years.

Unilever said it was “very pleased” with the deal and insisted it was “confident” the brands would have a “successful future under the stewardship of Symington’s”.
