French dairy co-operative Sodiaal has named Frédéric Rostand as its new CEO, effective 18 July.
He will succeed Claude Sendowski who died suddenly in January this year.

Rostand, 49, was previously chairman of the board at private hospitals group, Générale de Santé, a post he quit in November 2010.
Prior to this he was chairman of the board at French sugar processing group, Saint-Louis.
