As just-food, along with companies and executives from across the food manufacturing and retailing sectors prepare to head to Paris for this year’s SIAL exhibition, here we share with you a few highlights of what you can expect from the event.

Vitameal Baby (Hall 2 – Stand U060) will be presenting its 50-strong range of Halal-certified baby foods at this year’s show. The products, which include fruit, vegetable, meat and fish dishes, are currently distributed throughout Europe, as well as Africa, Saudi Arabia and Australia

Austrian Food (Halls 1, 6, 7 & 8) will be presenting 40 exhibitors at the Paris show, with representations from international companies, meat firms, beverage and dairy companies and organic produce firms. A dedicated office within the country’s sector will assist in booking appointments with participating companies throughout the event and provide information on the products on offer.

Dohler (Hall 7 – Stand F123) will be presenting a selection of innovative product solutions and concepts for both the food and beverage industry at SIAL. The company’s portfolio includes flavours, natural colours, ingredients and emulsions and staff will be on hand to discuss existing and new concepts throughout the show. Döhler will be exhibiting “innovative flavour worlds” and providing information on new raw material sources and state-of-the art processing technologies. New, on-trend flavours such as ginger and pineberry will be available for tasting in many beverages and foods at the firm’s trade fair booth.
