Mars Inc has revealed plans to shuffle its senior management team in the UK following the departure of Mars Food UK managing director Rob Hughes.

Hughes plans to retire after 32 years with Mars Food UK. During his time with the company he held various positions, including serving as managing director for the past 11 years. He will be replaced Mars Food UK sales director, Emma Evison.

Evison has previously held a number of positions at Mars Food UK, including food finance director. She will be replaced as UK sales director by Tristan Butt.

Butt is currently a sales and marketing executive with Kerry Foods and has been responsible for promoting various Kerry brands, including Richmond and Wall’s sausages.
