Nestle has extended its Quality Street and After Eight confectionery brands in the UK with the launch of two chocolate desserts.
Designed to appeal to families looking for an after-dinner dessert or snack, Nestle has launched Quality Street Green Triangle chocolate dessert pots, and After Eight chocolate dessert pots.
The Quality Street dessert comprises “thick, creamy milk chocolate laced with Green Triangle’s signature smooth hazelnut taste”. The After Eight pots comprise a “smooth white mint fondant with a rich dark chocolate topping”
“Both After Eight and Quality Street have a loyal following and are an integral part of a traditional Christmas in Britain,” said Steve Clarke, marketing director at Lactalis Nestlé. “With these new desserts we will be able to tap into this brand loyalty and provide our consumers with delicious desserts they can enjoy throughout the year.”
The two desserts launched today and will be available in Asda, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Morrisons stores with an RRP of GBP1.19 (US$1.85) for a two pack and GBP1.98 for a four pack.
