UK fresh pasta manufacturer Ugo Foods has added to its pasta line with the launch of a range of fresh raviolis.
The launch is the result of a competition for the public to design a ravioli filling. The three new flavours are: Olde English, made up of pear, stilton and pinenuts; Nordic Delight, containing beetroot, cream cheese and smoked salmon; and White Chocolate & Cranberry.
