UK crisp manufacturer Tyrrells has broadened its product range with the launch of a pork scratching line.

The Aristo-Crackling product launches this week and is available in two flavours: Traditional and English Mustard. Tyrrells said the range is “double cooked” and offers a “lighter, crunchier texture”.

“With the launch of Aristo-Crackling we have built a more discerning tier above the humble pork scratching,” said Tyrrells marketing director Oliver Rudgard.

The line is set to launch with independent retailers this month, followed by Sainsbury and Waitrose in June.
