Estonia-based fish processor Premia Foods has changed its name to PRFoods.

Last month, PRFoods struck a deal to sell its ice cream and frozen food businesses to Latvia’s Foods Union. The deal closed yesterday (3 November), with the company announcing the name change today.

PRFoods saw sales in each of its three divisions – including the two it has agreed to sell – increase during the first nine months of 2014.
