MamaMancini’s Holdings, the US natural frozen and chilled food group, has named Matthew Brown its chief operating officer.

Brown is MamaMancini’s president and serves on the group’s board. He will continue in these functions, as well as taking on additional responsibilities in overseeing corporate operations.

Before joining MamaMancini’s in 2010, he served as president of Hors D’oeuvres Unlimited and prior to this Brown worked at the then Kraft Foods.
