Continental Mills has launched a line of flatbread mixes under its Krusteaz brand in the US.
The baking mixes come in three flavours: Italian herb, garlic and onion and whole wheat. Consumers add yeast, oil and water to the mix before baking.
Krusteaz flatbreads will be available nationwide with an RRP of US$2.59.
