“The changes to our current Boston Market restaurants are great for our customers and our employees,” said Jeffrey Lewis, BMC regional manager: “This is by far the most exciting, energising initiative to take place. We think our customers will appreciate and enjoy the menu additions and the warm, friendly dining atmosphere.”
Todd McDermott, VP, operations for Northern California at BMC, added: “Our customers told us that there was a disconnect between our wonderful, wholesome food and our dining room. The redesign of our dining rooms helps to close that gap.”
The revamped outlets have booth seating, softer lighting and decorative plants. They are painted in warmer colours, such as butter yellows, olive greens and marine blues.
BMC restaurants also are introducing an expanded menu with nine new grilled chicken items.
