US food manufacturer Valley Fine Foods has launched a range of refrigerated pastas, sauces and meals under its Three Bridges brand.

The new line comprises a range of dishes including Organic Cheese Tortellini and Butternut Squash Ravioli as well as sauces such as Superfood Pesto Sauce.

“Each of the foods we’ve created incorporates fresh-cut vegetables, artisanal cheeses and natural meats, similar to what you expect to find at a local farmer’s market,” said raig Schauffel, vice president of research and culinary innovation at Three Bridges. “We’ve truly elevated the farm-to-table movement with accessible meal solutions that allow people to express themselves daily through their culinary choices.”

The Chef-Crafted Inspired Meals range is a line of ready-to-eat meals comprising six variants: Chicken with Yellow Rice; Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese; Chicken Paella with Chorizo & Roasted Red Peppers; Chicken Enchilada Casserole; Sausage and Jalepeno Mac & Cheese; and Sausage & Basil Lasagna with Zucchini & Mozarella Cheese. RSP for each dish is US$7.99.

The Natural Pastas range comprises Organic Spinach & Cheese Ravioli; Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli; Lobster Ravioli; Superfood Spinach & Kale Ravioli and Organic Pappardelle. RSP for each product is US$3.99-US$4.99.

Three Bridges has also introduced a line of sauces, including Superfood Pesto and Marinara, as well as Basil Pesto and Alfredo. Each sauce has an RSP of US$4.99.
