Montville, NJ-based Lucille Farms, a manufacturer and marketer of Italian cheeses, has announced the appointment of three new directors, Leon Berthiaume, George Bell, and Ralph Singer, to its board.
Leon Berthiaume is currently General Manager of St. Albans, the main supplier of milk for, and the largest shareholder of, Lucille Farms.
George Bell is the President of National Provisions, a national specialty food processing company based Florida. Bell previously spent over twenty five years with Hebrew National, a meat processing company, where his last position was senior VP, operations.
Ralph Singer is the chairman of the board of National Provisions. He is a former deputy chairman of the board of the UK’s The Stirling Group.
With the recent resignation of Gennaro Falivene, Lucille Farm’s board now totals seven members.
