
Turkish food firm Tat Gida Sanayi has sold its meat business to local meat processor Namet Gida for US$75m.
The deal includes the sale of Tat Gida’s manufacturing facility in Istanbul, its land and equipment.

The move sees Tat Gida exit the meat business following the sale. The company added it expect to book TL150m (US$70m) in gains from the disposal, which it would use to repay debt.
