US meat processor Creekstone Farms Premium Beef has announced the launch of a new line of antibiotic, nitrate, MSG and gluten-free pork.
The Creekstone Premium Natural Pork products, whose launch which Creekstone teamed up with Premium Iowa Pork with, is available to retailers across the nation.

“We are pleased to announce the launch of Creekstone Premium Natural Pork, which provides additional value to our customers with a second outstanding product that represents the Creekstone standards,” said Jim Rogers, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Creekstone Farms.
“Our partners in this new development, Premium Iowa Pork, share the same values of producing quality farm-family raised, antibiotic-free Duroc Pork, making this an exceptional and consistent program.”
Demand for antibiotic-free pork products is reportedly growing worldwide. Earlier this week, French pork processor Cooperl announced the launch of a range of sausages and further products which had been made using pigs not treated with antibiotics following the weaning period.
