UK: Sainsbury settles pension case with Merrill Lynch
UK supermarket group Sainsbury has reached an amicable settlement with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) over the lacklustre performance of its pension fund. The scope of the financial settlement has not been disclosed.
