Brisbane-based fish monger Sam’s Seafood has signed an agreement with M&J Seafood of the UK to jointly provide Australian seafood to the UK food service market with.
M&J Seafood is a subsidiary of Brake Bros Foodservice, which distributes fish and other seafood products to restaurants and caterers in the UK, reports Australian Associated Press.
M&J Seafood currently imports seafood products from Southeast Asia, Scandinavia, Canada and South Africa.
