ISRAEL: Osem wins regulatory approval for Unilever pet food acquisition
Israeli food manufacturer Osem has announced it received regulatory approval for its previously announced deal to acquire the pet food business of Unilever-Israel, a subsidiary of Anglo-Dutch food and consumer goods giant Unilever. Osem, which is 50.1% owned by Swiss food giant Nestlé, said the Israeli antitrust authority had approved the deal. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, reported Reuters.
