Israeli food manufacturer Osem has announced it received regulatory approval for its previously announced deal to acquire the pet food business of Unilever-Israel, a subsidiary of Anglo-Dutch food and consumer goods giant Unilever.

Osem, which is 50.1% owned by Swiss food giant Nestlé, said the Israeli antitrust authority had approved the deal. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, reported Reuters.
