Syscan International today announced that it has teamed with Merit-Trax Technologies to provide “North America’s most advanced real time tracking system for the food processing industry”.
Syscan develops software and hardware to enable companies and public sector customers to operate efficiently in mobile computing and wireless applications. Manufactured products include rugged in-vehicle printers, cradles and docking stations.
Merit-Trax is an IBM-Advanced Level (ISV), independent software developer providing custom software solutions for the food industry supply chain with Trax-It, one of the industry’s leading software suites for enterprise. The software is of modular design to accommodate the requirements of various business models, including trading, processing, distribution, warehousing and 3rd party logistics.
