The 10-year Bryant College contract to provide food services is valued at US$50m and will include the management and operation of Salmanson Dining Hall, Gulski Dining Room and Sodexho’s new Cafe a la cart.
Sodexho will also provide all on-campus catering, which will include meals for the Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots’ training camp.
The 7-year contract to provide food services at the University of La Verne is meanwhile valued at US$11.5m, to include management and operation of Davenport Dining Hall and The Spot, a retail facility.
