Ireland's ABP Food Group has completed a redevelopment of a beef site in Cahir and Co. Tipperary.
ABP said the EUR50m (US$54.9m) project included an "extension and upgrade" of the facility's food processing facilities.
The company has also added a gel bone plant at the site that will supply products to customers in the pharmaceutical and beauty sectors.
The project at the site, which ABP opened in 1973, has created 152 jobs "with more expected in the future", the company said.
Officials for ABP could not be reached for further comment.
