AUSTRALIA: Coles Myer names former Asda exec as new food and fuel chief
Australian retailer Coles Myer has named Steven Cain as the new head of its food, alcohol and fuel retailing operations. Cain, a former executive of UK supermarket chain and Wal-Mart subsidiary Asda, will take up the position in October, when Alan Williams retires, reported Dow Jones International News.

While working for Asda, Cain held the positions of own brand marketing controller, grocery trading director, deputy trading director, store development director and group marketing director.
