Australian retailer Coles Myer has rejected rumours that it is considering bidding for any of its rivals, including Foodland Associated.
Coles CEO John Fletcher said his company had no interest in Foodland, adding in a Channel Nine interview that Coles was “pretty happy” with the growth strategy it has implemented, and is not anticipating making any major acquisitions as part of this strategy.
