Peter Robinson, chairman of the board of directors at KH Foods, today (20 September) announced his retirement after two and a half years as chairman. Robinson will continue as a non-executive director at the company.
The board have elected Richard England, currently a non-executive director, to take his place.
The news comes one day after KH Foods reported a net loss of A$39.5m (US$29.84m) for the year on sales that increased by 1.8% to A$104.2m.
