Australian food firm McKenzie’s Pantry has added two gluten-free flours to its range.

Coconut Flour and Quinoa Flour – targeted at the home baker – have launched in Woolworths stores countrywide. The two flours are priced at A$3.59 (US$3.33) and A$8.29 respectively.
