The IGA Way of Life range includes gluten-free, lactose-free, yeast-free apricot fruit bars, reduced fat table spread, organic black tea and low-calorie fruit cordials, reported the Australian Associated Press. Metcash said the aim was to provide nutritional food to those consumers who are “weight and nutrition conscious”.


Metcash chief executive Andrew Reitzer said the company is considering the launch of many more products under the Way of Life brand and plans to expand the range to include non-food items.
