Cheese producer Lactos will be acquired to contribute to the development of National Food’s cheese and gourmet foods businesses, reported the Australian Associated Press (AAP).
“It will broaden our overall range of high value specialty cheese products and give us access to additional manufacturing intellectual property and skilled employees,” National Foods managing director Ashley Waugh told the AAP.
