BELGIUM: Colruyt concludes acquisition of French foodservice group
Belgian retailer Colruyt has completed its acquisition of BLIN , a French food distributor. Based in Brittany, BLIN will further Colruyt#;s stated aim of expanding its foodservice activities in France. BLIN posted turnover worth €12.5m (US$10.9m) last year. The two groups declined to reveal the amount Colruyt has paid to conclude the acquisition.
