Belgium’s Federal Food Agency (FFA) has embargoed 83 dairy stock companies as a precaution after fears that the milk contained a fungal poison.

The FFA said that there is no danger to public health, but the 83 companies in Wallonia and Limburg have been embargoed because they might have been in contact with the source of the contamination.
Officials believe that an ingredient in animal feed imported from the Netherlands caused the fungal poison, which was discovered in milk from a Luxembourg company.
