UK bagel brand New York Bakery Co. is to be launched in France.

Local distributor Fresh Food Village will handle the brand, now owned by Grupo Bimbo after the Mexican bakery giant’s acquisition of Canada Bread from Maple Leaf Foods earlier this year. The three-strong range of bagels will go on sale next month.
