Clearly Canadian, the beverage and baby food group, has temporarily suspended filing its annual and quarterly financial statements.
It will not file financial statements as it “works through” restructuring its senior and subordinated convertible notes, the company said in a regulatory filing.
As a consequence, the British Columbia and Ontario Securities Commissions suspended trading in Clearly shares until the company examines its note structure.
