Nikolai Vinogradov, governor of Russia’s Vladimir region, said the company planned to build the plant either in the Vladimir or Voronezh region, reported Prime-TASS News.

The proposed plant would have a production capacity of 40,000 to 50,000 tonnes of potato products per year, Vinogradov said.

McCain has been negotiating with Vladimir’s regional government about the new plant since last year, and a final decision is expected this year, he added.
