Arjan Stephens said: “I look forward to continuing their legacy of innovation and sustainability and ensuring that Nature’s Path Organic Foods will always be the first choice for consumers who value great tasting, high-quality, organic food.”

“Our commitment to sustainability and organic practices is a fundamental part of who we are as a company. We will continue to innovate and push boundaries while upholding our commitment to leaving the earth better than we found it.”

Nature’s Path revealed last month that it was to acquire baby food and children’s snack brand Love Child Organics from local peer GreenSpace Brands.

The deal, struck for an undisclosed sum, marked Nature’s Path’s entry into the baby-food market.

Love Child manufactures snack brands aimed at children such as Sealfriends, Oaty Chomps and Love Duck, as well as baby purées in pouches under the Love Child Organics brand name.
