Chinese infant formula manufacturer Ausnutria has announced the resignation of Lam Hiu Fung as CFO and joint company secretary.

Fung announced his resignation yesterday (26 September) in order to “pursue his personal career development”.

Fung has been replaced by Wong Wei Hua who has been promoted from the company’s deputy CFO.

“The board and Lam have confirmed that they are not aware of any matters in relation to Mr Lam’s resignation that need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong or shareholders of the company and Mr Lam did not have any disagreement with the board,” Ausnutria said.
