A leading shareholder in Chinese dairy Bright Dairy & Food has confirmed that it is looking to offload its stake in the business.
In a statement posted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, local conglomerate Shanghai Industrial Holdings said yesterday (22 April) that it intends to “withdraw from the company”.
Shanghai Industrial Holdings holds just under a 35.2% stake in Bright Dairy & Food.
