Hungarian canned food maker Globus has said it is in talks with China’s Haitong Food Group regarding cooperation between the two companies.
Globus said the talks were part of its strategic plan to expand its business abroad through acquisitions and commercial agreements.
“Strengthening links with Haitong Food Group is an excellent opportunity for Globus to create a position in the Chinese market,” Globus was quoted by Reuters as saying.
