Chinese instant noodle maker Master Kong is to enter China’s dairy products and fresh milk market through the purchase of a stake in Taiwanese food company Wei-Chuan Foods. Master Kong, China’s leading instant noodle brand, is planning to use Wei-Chuan’s knowledge of fresh milk processing and distribution to improve its operation.
