Croatian ice-cream maker Ledo, a subsidiary of Agrokor, has announced that it is set to bid in a tender for the sale of a 55% stake in Serbian frozen food maker Frikom.

The deadline for the tender, which was opened by the Serbian Privatisation Ministry in the middle of September, is 8 November 2002.
Frikom, which produced 8 million litres of ice-cream in 2000, has recorded a €1.7m (US$1.67m) loss on a €16.5m revenue for the same year. The company’s assets were estimated at €34.4m in 2000, and its registered capital was estimated at €18.8m, reported Croatian News Digest.
