ICA has reached an agreement with Dansk Supermarked AS whereby ICA will reduce its stake in Netto Marknad from 50% to 5%.
As part of the deal, ICA will acquire 21 Netto stores which will be converted to ICA outlets.
ICA is the 60% owned retail unit of Royal Ahold.
