Danish food ingredients group Chr Hansen plans to raise around EUR450m (US$601.3m) through a listing on the Copenhagen stock exchange.

Chr Hansen was delisted back in 2005 when it was bought by private equity firm PAI Partners.

According to Reuters, chief executive Lars Frederiksen said the listing would give the company “the right platform to grow both organically and through targeted bolt-on acquisitions”.
