The group’s supervisory board elected Ove Møberg to the position of chairman. Åke Hantoft will assume the role of vice chairman.


Møberg has been a member of Arla’s supervisory board since 1992. Following the announcement, he stressed the need for Arla to continue to develop its business strategy in order to drive future growth.


“Arla Foods must continue to develop in order to exploit the new opportunities as they arise,” Møberg said. “We must continue to go forward through prudent investments and with the courage to commit to the necessary new initiatives.”
